Who is GMS

Hi, I’m Gary from Gary’s Maintenance Service.

I am a Fitter and Turner by Trade and an Engineering Project Manager by Profession.  I love four wheel driving and camping with my family and friends. But any spare moment you will find me tinkering in the shed, or working on my house.

When my project management work became so busy that I was not getting a chance to catch up on the jobs around my house and my mum’s place, I decided to take 3 month off to slow down and catch up on that list.

When I bumped into people and they asked what I did and I told them about the projects I was working on, and they would often ask “oh could you come around to my place and have a look at something”.

Well 3 month turned into 6 month and so on, and soon Gary’s Maintenance Service was born.

I love to fix things the right way, and enjoy the challenge of getting to the root cause of the issue. I enjoy meeting genuine people in their own home, sharing ideas and finding the best solution.
